Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor, in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries that come into the firm and you will be proactively capturing relevant information on our systems. Successful applicants will be required to attend an assessment day which will be taking place on Tuesday 21st January. Key Responsibilities Deal with and respond to telephone calls, emails and messages Communicate in a professional timely manner Carry out initial case assessments to determine the progression of a case - but don't worry we will give you all the training needed for you to be able to succeed in your role So no previous experience is necessary.
