Teaching Personnel's PWR Team are working with a well-established trust who are in need of an experienced Trust Data Manager to join their Multi-Academy Trust based in Brighton and Hove.
What you'll do:
* Support the Head of Data and Analytics in developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy
* Design and implement data management systems to enhance efficiency and insights
* Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvement
* Create insightful reports and dashboards using PowerBI
* Collaborate with teams across the Trust to ensure data accuracy and consistency
What you'll need:
* Strong experience in data management and analytics
* Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly PowerBI
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
* A passion for education and a commitment to using data to improve outcomes
