Key Responsibilities Sprint Coordination: Oversee sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure sprint goals are met. Backlog Management: Collaborate on backlog priorities and ensure tasks align with business needs. Team Utilisation: Track capacity, monitor Agile metrics, and optimise team performance. Offshore Coordination: Support alignment between in-house and offshore teams, maintaining communication and quality standards. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison, sharing updates on sprint metrics and addressing any risks or deviations. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 2 years in Scrum/Sprint Coordinator or related Agile roles, working with IT and digital teams. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
