The ideal candidate will be confident supporting children with a range of needs, both in and out of the classroom. You’ll be a key part of helping every child feel included, encouraged, and empowered to thrive. What we’re looking for: Experience working with children in any setting, ideally with SEN/Mental Health experience (schools, nurseries, youth groups, clubs, etc.) A positive, can-do attitude with a nurturing and patient nature Someone who’s not afraid to get involved in play, creativity, and fun learning activities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine passion for education What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Helping to plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities Supporting social and emotional development This is a brilliant opportunity to work in welcoming, supportive school communities where every day is different and full of possibility.
