Position Summary: HR Advisor
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team and lead our HR initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring adherence to policies and laws, and providing support to both staff and management. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to contract management and offboarding.
2. Track and manage employee attendance, timekeeping, and sick leave records.
3. Address employee grievances and conduct disciplinary actions, along with performance evaluations.
4. Advise managers on HR-related issues, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and best practices.
5. Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records with a focus on accuracy.
6. Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising positions, and coordinating interviews.
7. Manage employee benefits and ensure payroll information is processed accurately and on time.
8. Contribute to training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
9. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
