Our client is delivering a large Residential led scheme in the West Midlands area and is looking to onboard a Senior Design Manager with extensive experience within complex RC Frame delivery and large-scale Design & Build projects. Proven demonstrable experience in closing out main contracts and the ability to lead a team is requisite.
