We are currently seeking a driven and reliable Workshop Technician to join the team at Linde Material Handling. As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for providing repairs, service, and maintenance of Linde equipment within the workshop. Your Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
2. Customer service and communication skills.
3. Ensure proper maintenance and care of tools.
4. Assist in repairs of units in the workshop.
5. Assist other workshop technicians as required.
6. Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.
7. Basic PM service on Linde trucks except for VNA and HET.
8. Non-specialized mechanical repairs.
9. Mast roller and hose replacement.
10. Wheel bearing service and replacement.
11. Alternator and starter replacement.
12. Hydraulic and coolant hose replacement.
13. Diagnose and replace power and control fuses.
14. Drive and load wheel replacement.
Requirements for Success:
You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment, or automotive. We are looking for a Technician who has a positive attitude towards work, enjoys servicing and maintenance work, and is willing to go the extra mile to become a valuable member of our Linde team.
