Starting on or around 12th May 2025, the school would like to appoint a full-time Senior IT Technician who will play a key role in the day-to-day success and continued growth of the school, ensuring the monitoring and smooth running of all installed systems and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an education setting and be able to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to all users, resolving technical calls and supervising the management of the IT Service desk. You will implement, support, maintain, and manage IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery. You will also provide advanced technical support for desktop, server, and networking issues, ensuring all IT services are properly maintained and updated, including anti-virus, backups, InTune, Azure and patching.
This is a diverse and demanding role with great scope for progression as the school expands. It will suit someone dynamic and inspiring who is keen to get involved, has a genuine ‘can-do’ attitude and who wants to work with a team of innovative and highly motivated people.
On offer is a fifty-two-week contract with thirty-three days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
