About the role As a Weekend Supervisor, you are our Ambassador on the high street, and we never forget that. We are big enough to support you with professional distribution, campaigns and training, yet small enough for you to see the real impact your work has. Your role will involve mobile working to assist the Shop Manager on Saturdays and Sundays. You will possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and supervise a team of staff and volunteers, and a passion for working towards targets and supporting the Hospice. You will travel between our shops in the following areas; Ashtead, Banstead, Bookham, Claygate, Cobham, Dorking, Epsom, Esher, Leatherhead and Sutton. You will be able to claim travel expenses from your designated base shop.
