The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled CRM Executive to manage and develop our student recruitment-focused CRM platform. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play a vital role in embedding and optimizing our CRM system, ensuring it aligns with recruitment and marketing processes. Your responsibilities will include: Configuring and maintaining the Student CRM platform to enhance recruitment processes. Managing automated email communications to nurture leads and improve student engagement. Processing and analysing event and recruitment data to inform strategic decisions. Supporting the planning and execution of student recruitment events, both on-campus and online. Producing metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and activities. Providing expert advice to staff on CRM best practices and email marketing strategies. Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR. What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone with: A degree or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms. Strong data management skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of CRM techniques and technologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork. Experience in education marketing or student recruitment is desirable but not essential. Why Join Us?
