We make Health happen
Working in our UK support functions, you’ll play a key part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. No matter your role, you’ll have an opportunity to do work that matters, making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.
As Continuous Improvement (CI) Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and delivering positive change in collaboration with the wider Procurement Technology Delivery Team. This is with an aim to design and build employee-oriented solutions that improve the employee experience of our core procurement technology systems, their processes, the wider technology landscape, and service delivery within BGIUK & Group.
How you’ll help us make Health happen
* You will be accountable for the design and architecture of the primary platforms you support (Bravo, Process Unity). This accountability would extend to resolving issues and incidents either through direct action (either personally or from your team) or through facilitating conversations with other parties who take action.
* Be active in seeking out opportunities to develop employee-centric solutions for existing/new functionality and processes for the primary platforms you’ll cover.
* Engage and facilitate active listening and/or collaborate across teams, networks, and communities to generate new ideas for solutions which improve the employee experience with people technology platforms.
* You will manage stakeholders as well as collaborate with other teams, departments, and colleagues on improvements being made and communications on improvements being made.
* You will have an awareness of other platforms (not primary or core procurement technology) and can provide advanced consultancy to internal stakeholders where needed.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
* A strong understanding of Bravo and Process Unity, with knowledge of the procurement process is essential.
* A strong understanding of Workvivo and ServiceNow.
* Confidence in requirements gathering, solution creation, and technical configuration.
* Strong consulting skills e.g., presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex solutions to stakeholders.
* Experience with change management processes or project management methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder focus, able to assess stakeholder needs, build relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a stakeholder.
* An interest and affinity with technology and how technology can enable Procurement operations with a user experience mentality.
