Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organised Retail Shift Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will help us maintain high standards, motivate your team, and take responsibility for the shop floor.
You will be responsible for managing operations within your store, handling freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly. Additionally, you will provide an excellent customer experience every time they visit your store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager

* The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
