Global Marketing Business Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

As a future Global Marketing Business Manager, you will report to the Global Head of Marketing, Core, and you will be part of AXA IM Core.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing for Core, the role will be responsible for supporting the team on a number of projects, overseeing day-to-day activities, and managing the overall marketing budgets. The global marketing team is under resource constraints and will face an increasing workload as we approach the closing phase for the potential integration with another Asset Management business. Hence, we require strong support in terms of business and project management. As part of this role, the candidate will collaborate with colleagues across different central and local marketing teams.
Your role and responsibilities will include:
* Providing business and project management support to the Global Head of Marketing for Core and the wider team in deploying key projects, including:
o Supporting the rollout of the core global marketing plan for 2025 and assisting different central and local marketing teams as relevant.
o Assisting with key presentations to the Core Management Committee or other governance bodies.
o Documenting processes and managing the use of external providers for core marketing, reviewing and updating the shared drive.
o Preparing for the potential integration, from collating information to implementing a change program from a core marketing perspective.
o Supporting any new projects as required.
* Managing the budget tracking process with central and local marketing teams and working closely with Finance to ensure alignment on reporting actual spend.
* Partnering with different marketing teams to deliver regular and ad hoc reports on marketing achievements for senior stakeholders.
* Being a proactive member of the global marketing & communications community, actively participating and sharing best practices.

Your qualifications, experience and skills:
* Previous relevant experience in a marketing department (financial services experience preferred).
* Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to take ownership of projects, manage stakeholder communications, and deliver within budget and timelines.
* Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritise workload effectively, and cope with demanding schedules.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain materials/plans and presentations with updated information and data.
* Experience in documenting processes and tracking budgets.
* Ability to work independently yet as a proven team player, developing and nurturing strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Positive mindset with a can-do attitude and the ability to find solutions to problems.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence and liaise with senior stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
* Ability and confidence to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
