You will also: Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, legal standards, and all internal policies to keep our team and customers safe. Coordinate day-to-day communication within the replenishment department and work closely with managers and colleagues to meet sales and profit goals. Develop and multi-skill your team, providing the tools, guidance, and coaching they need to thrive. Drive exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. Use data analysis to identify opportunities and risks, then take action with the Trading Manager to drive continuous improvement. Minimise waste, monitor stock handling, and ensure products are stored and rotated correctly.
