Daily Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and tutorials. Implement innovative teaching techniques. Manage student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Liaise with course teams, student support, and parents/carers. Essential Criteria: Relevant degree in Early Years or related field. GCSE Maths and English (C/4 or equivalent). Assessor/IQA qualification or willingness to work towards. Experience in early years education. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
