This Business Development Manager role will involve managing a portfolio of UK-based hotels, hotel chains, serviced apartments, and other accommodation providers. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will prospect new partnerships and work collaboratively with the Senior Business Development Manager to drive double-digit growth within the allocated segments. The primary goal of this role is to increase the conversion of high-spending guests from accommodation partners to Bicester Village.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work on site at Bicester Village a minimum of 1 day a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
* Partner Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accommodation partners, fostering strong relationships with hotels, serviced apartments, and other hospitality providers.
* 360-Degree Relationship Building: Maintain relationships across all hotel departments (Concierge, Reception, PR, Sales & Marketing & Events, GMs) for a holistic account management approach.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute tailored strategies for “Winning Partners” to boost guest footfall and track performance against targets.
* Market & Partner Intelligence: Analyse data on occupancy rates, guest profiles, and hotel performance to adapt strategies and strengthen partner relationships.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Maximize opportunities by seeking new partners, managing underperforming relationships, and driving consistent double-digit growth.
