A client of ours in the Braintree area is recruiting a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, working 4 days in the office and Fridays from home. Paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + commission (OTE £60,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Identify new business opportunities.
2. Visiting new and current customers at their place of work.
3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Negotiating sales terms and closing sales with current and new customers.
5. Explore market to find new solutions for customer needs.
6. Responding to customer enquiries.
7. Provide customers with quotations when requested.
8. Maintaining a clear and up to date diary system, showing all appointments, cold calls and prospecting activity.
9. Following up customer enquiries.
10. Fully utilise CRM software to track leads.
11. Work closely with our current sales team to achieve company targets.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position:
1. Proven sales or business development experience.
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management.
4. Strategic planning skills to drive business growth.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
