SLH Consult are partnering our client, a national contractor, who is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager for their West Midlands Branch.
The client specializes in various refurbishment works across the UK, including VOIDS, local authority housing, and MOD works.
The successful candidate will need to be currently working within the refurbishment sector, either as a seasoned Project Manager looking to take the next step into a Contracts Manager position or as a current Contracts Manager looking to move into a stable business with ample work that provides long-term stability and a great team-based environment.
You will be required to manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You must be able to liaise with clients, program jobs, and allocate manpower while maintaining the company's collaborative and team-based approach.
The position offers a competitive salary comprising a basic salary, car or allowance, bonus, healthcare, and a favorable pension scheme.
Ideally, the client is looking for a permanent candidate but would consider a candidate on a temp-to-perm basis, subject to the candidate's circumstances.
