Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Fostering Team based in Cardiff. Benefits of the role: Flexible working available Long term contract Supportive team and management Progression opportunities Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker: You will be responsible for supervising foster carers, as well as participating our duty service in which you will assist in identifying matches for young people who need to be cared for. The role also involves participating in recruitment activities and foster carer events. You will be required to have a good working knowledge of legislation related to cared for children and the regulatory requirements related to local authority fostering services. You be required to be office based at least 1 day a week and whilst on duty and will need to be able to be able to travel on a daily basis to visits and events in and around the City of Cardiff.
