About the opportunity
As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key supporting role in delivering exceptional marketing and communications campaigns for our clients. Working closely with account managers and senior team members, you will assist in the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include research, content development, reporting, software management and administrative support to keep projects running smoothly.

The primary responsibilities of the role will be:
* Support the account management team in managing and delivering client projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
* Coordinate with the team to produce content and marketing materials, ensuring all deliverables meet client deadlines and requirements.
* Develop and understanding of effective marketing communications, including press releases, social media content, email campaigns, graphic design and digital.
* Prepare and write detailed creative and editorial briefs for the social media, content, design and digital teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
* Working with the wider team to analyse and assess internal and client reports.
* Provide solutions and recommendations to clients based on expertise and industry knowledge.
* Maintain accurate updates in the company's work management software, ensuring clear tracking of tasks, deadlines and time tracking.
* Assist in client communication, ensuring prompt responses and proactive updates to maintain strong client relationships.
Your skills
* A degree in marketing or communications is preferred but not essential if the candidate can demonstrate relevant experience and skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* A basic understanding of marketing communications across multiple channels, including press releases, social media, email campaigns and digital content; the candidate will need to demonstrate a willingness to build on this knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong eye for detail.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) and content management systems (CMS) is beneficial but not essential.
