What You'll Do Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making. Produce high-quality monthly reporting, commentary, and analysis. Analyse costs, identify savings opportunities, and support investment decisions. Manage balance sheet accounts, including accruals and prepayments. Provide training and guidance to non-financial stakeholders to enhance cost ownership. Support planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, with robust data analysis. Collaborate with executive and department heads to optimise budget management. What We're Looking For ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified or finalist. Experience in business partnering or supporting stakeholders with financial decision-making. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and advanced Excel. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
