About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Teesside. This is a full-time role starting immediately and running until July 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting young learners in their early education journey, creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
✔️ Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
✔️ Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support where needed.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
✔️ Maintain strong classroom management and promote positive behavior.
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Experience teaching in KS1 (preferred but not essential).
✅ Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
✅ Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
✅ A DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
