IT Support Engineer - The Role: Working as an IT Support Engineer the ideal applicant will have experience in dealing with end users and have the ability to manage a wide range of technical problems in a logical manner, in what can be a challenging and demanding environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, hardware and software knowledge, troubleshooting skills and a willing to learn. Training will be provided where necessary. This role is based at our Heathrow Hub, based in Colnbrook and will also include some visits to our other sites when required.
