An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Felixstowe Community Hospital.
Healthcare Support Workers are a key part of our team and support the Registered Nurses in providing high quality care to our patients.

Main duties of the job
You will meet the direct and indirect care needs of patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
You will also meet the needs of the Trust with regards to Induction, mandatory and statutory training.
You will be expected to ensure high standards of patient care at all times, in line with Trust policies and guidelines.
Provide support for our patients with dementia and delirium.
You'll work as an effective member of the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team.
You will work within the boundaries of the role of the Healthcare Support Worker and refer to the Registered Nurse as appropriate.
