Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a reputable professional services firm who are seeking a Receptionist to join their busy office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The role: Professionally greet and assist clients, both in person and over the phone Take detailed telephone messages and ensure they are communicated promptly Arrange and provide catering services for client meetings Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after client appointments Manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, saving, and distribution Facilitate document distribution both internally and externally, including hand deliveries, court duties, and bank transactions Oversee office supplies by managing orders, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring distribution Assist at client events, including those held outside standard working hours Coordinate travel arrangements for colleagues as needed Perform data entry and processing tasks with accuracy Prepare and compile high volumes of standardised documentation Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality in all internal and external interactions The candidate: Experience within a Reception/Front of House role OR similar with transferable skills Friendly and approachable with a warm demeanor Ability to collaborate effectively with all departments Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Skills: receptionist front of house professional services
