Greensand Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an ambitious and experienced school leader to take on the role of Headteacher, at Kingswood Primary School in Lower Kingswood, Surrey.

The successful candidate will:
• Be an experienced senior leader committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
• Have an understanding of, and experience in, implementing whole school improvement and high quality learning and teaching.
• Establish and sustain the school and Trust’s ethos and strategic direction, in partnership with those responsible for Trust leadership, school governance and through consultation with the wider school community.
• Uphold ambitious, inclusive and progressive educational standards.
• Have the commitment and determination to make a significant impact on the lives of our children.
