A new role has come about with our IT Division here at PIB.
Ideally you would be located close to the East Midlands area and whilst this is not essential this would be our ideal.
It's a very strategic role that involves working alongside our existing SME responsible for IAM and Microsoft Technologies to undertake UK and Europe wide OKTA deployment for the PIB Group.
You would be responsible for the successful project delivery of multiple integration activities with OKTA, Office 365, Workday and ServiceNow, defining best practice and automation while aligning to the Group requirements for Identity and Security, along with the delivery of comprehensive technical documentation detailing the project deliverables and solutions.
This exciting role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and project management experience to ensure successful implementation of Solutions for PIB.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical project planning sessions to align project objectives with business goals.
* Work closely with our existing SME and key stakeholders and suppliers to deliver OKTA integration and automation with Group SaaS applications and O365 across the UK and Europe.
* Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand the European objectives, challenges and IT requirements.
* Responsible for delivering full lifecycle management of accounts with multiple SaaS platforms across the UK and Europe.
* Assist with the creation of comprehensive technical and architectural documentation to support solution deployment.
* Provide insight and recommendations on how OKTA and O365 can be leveraged to support business goals.
* Manage project risks, timelines and resource allocation.
* Serve as a contact for all technical project-related activities.
* Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
