Overview
We work with children/young people who are Educated Other Than At School (EOTAS) and have often been unable to attend a school or specialist setting for sustained periods of time. Our students usually have high levels of anxiety and may be struggling with a range of difficulties such as school phobia, agoraphobia, Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), amongst other anxiety related conditions. Our goal is to foster safety and belonging whilst encouraging enjoyment of learning, building relationships with skilled staff, and of course spending time with our friendly animals.
At Miniland, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to education: each student has a personalised programme built to meet their individual need using our own finely graduated assessment tool, targeting the social and emotional skills essential to deliver the right support for each student to flourish in education. We are on the path to becoming a small, independent school, dedicated to delivering exceptional personalised education supported by our specialist therapeutic provision.
We are looking for someone who is driven to achieving this goal. If you are ready to take on a rewarding challenge and contribute to meaningful change, we would love to hear from you.
