Your role will focus on providing expert mortgage and protection advice, building lasting relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service.Hybrid working is available (3 days a week), but during your first few months, you’ll spend more time in the office to build rapport and strengthen relationships with the team. Key Responsibilities Advising on a full range of mortgage and protection products tailored to each client’s needs. Managing appointments and nurturing relationships with clients Converting a high volume of quality leads into successful outcomes (typical case size: £2,000). Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive personalised and professional advice Meeting targets and delivering consistent performance in a competitive market. Employed Option: Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 base Commission Tiered commission structure (20% - 30%) with clear earning potential. Self-Employed Option: Commission: 40% on introduced business; 60% on self-generated business. Option to switch to self-employed after a proven performance period. Skills and Experience Required Ideally, experience in estate agency mortgage broking, but open to candidates with strong customer service and sales backgrounds.
