The role of a Permanent Recruitment Manager:
As a permanent billing Recruitment Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, with the full support and guidance of senior management. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some management experience in education or social care agency recruitment.
Working to ensure all staff receive the best possible development whilst acting on the Learning & Development team’s feedback
Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching
Ensuring adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies
Assessing local and regional market conditions and identifying opportunities
Drafting forecasts, business plans and managing budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
Co-ordinating with other branches to share knowledge and plan promotional activities to achieve goals

Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers
