About the Role
Octane Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join our client’s main dealer site in Dover. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 basic with OTE up to £55,000. In addition to this, you will also receive a range of benefits including a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing a high-performing service team. You will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing a team of technicians and support staff
* Ensuring that all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

This role is based at our client’s main dealer site in Dover, with working hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
