The Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team based in Redditch, Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing business where your ideas, energy, and expertise will make a real impact.
You’ll play a key role in driving growth by:
* Converting incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities for growth
* Outbound prospecting and campaigns to increase customer base.
* Developing and delivering innovative sales and marketing strategies
* Positioning Smile Box as the go-to wellbeing solution for organisations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Supporting the continuous improvement of our sales processes and customer journey
* Using key tools such as CRM, Social Media, E-mail marketing and project tools to deliver growth

· Have proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
