We are looking to recruit another valued Team Member to the Shopmobility Lochaber Family.
Role: Part Time Office Coordinator
Responsible to: Management Committee
Tasks:
To Carry out any driving duties as and when required.
To maintain all required records relating to equipment.
To undertake any basic computer work required.
Maintain and update filing system for all equipment.
To help welcome visitors to Shopmobility Lochaber.
To keep day to day records for Shopmobility Lochaber including financial, monitoring and evaluation.
To assist in the promotion and marketing of Shopmobility Lochaber and to assist in maximising the usage of Shopmobility Lachaber equipment by offering a first class customer sevice.
To assist with the training of clients on all aspects of safe use of equipment.
To ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety Procedures.
To undertake any other duties as required by the organisation.
