Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Operations Manager will manage and work with our two Operations Associates on a day-to-day basis to deliver against agreed objectives and develop the capabilities of the team. This is also very much a “hands on” role, working alongside colleagues to deliver operational excellence across each of the team’s core services:
1. Due diligence: conduct full operational due diligence on potential offers to be listed on the platforms, including KYC, legal entity checks and offer document review.
2. Offer management: efficiently and effectively managing the end-to-end process of creating, reviewing and tracking offers. This includes administration of post-close payments and investor updates. Serve as the central point of contact for enquiries from both the issuing clients as well as investors.
3. Investor support: ensure that investor enquiries are addressed comprehensively and promptly. Ensure that investor information provided on the website, including FAQs is kept up to date.
4. Registry management: in liaison with clients, maintain investor registers, manage payments of interest and capital, share withdrawals, probate matters and investor communications.
5. Standard Operating Procedures: ensure that process notes are kept up to date with any changes or enhancements and make them accessible to relevant team members for training purposes.
6. Process improvement: proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize offer lifecycle management processes through automation, standardization, and best practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work for an ethical, diverse and impactful organisation, and to advance our aim of taking Impact Investing mainstream.
