This role is part of the Domino’s Pizza Group IT Platform Engineering and Architecture Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalling, Group Policy/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking concepts, and Active Directory (Azure and on-premise)/Exchange Online.”
Be the face of the Platform Support team on site, providing a friendly, relaxed but professional support in accordance with our Platform Support Customer Experience (PSCX) which involves several key components aimed at understanding, meeting and exceeding our customer expectations.
Manage the lifecycle of DPG Assets (Laptop’s, Phones etc.)
