Continuous Improvemant Manager North West London Food Manufacturing Monday to Friday £55,000 - £60,000 As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in leading efforts to streamline operations, reduce costs, and optimise production efficiency. You will be responsible for analysing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that will drive operational functionality and cost reductions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough operational analysis to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Lead and drive continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing process. Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the business. Utilise lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to enhance operational processes. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress to senior management. Lead training initiatives to ensure teams are equipped to adopt and sustain improvements. About you? Proven experience in a continuous improvement role within a food manufacturing or similar environment. Strong background in operations analysis, process optimisation, and cost reduction. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Why Join?
