Director of Growth
Location: Greater Manchester (hybrid working, with on-site requirements)
Salary: £130,000 - £150,000 base + performance-based reward structure, including transaction bonus

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Director of Growth to spearhead customer acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth, with a focus on untapped markets and optimising existing opportunities.
The Role
As Director of Growth, you will take ownership of developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance cross-selling opportunities, and expand the business into new markets. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, focusing on SMEs and sole traders.
* Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase market share in new and existing segments.
* Digital and CRM Optimisation: Oversee CRM and digital marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
* Partnership Development: Build and enhance strategic partnerships with organisations such as banks, pension firms, and wealth managers to accelerate growth.
* Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s growth objectives.
* Revenue Growth: Deliver on ambitious revenue and acquisition targets, ensuring measurable success.
* Market Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decisions.
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded leader with:
* A proven track record in driving customer acquisition and delivering growth in a senior leadership role.
* Strong experience in professional services sectors such as accountancy, legal, or consultancy.
* Expertise in go-to-market strategies, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
