My client has identified the need for a payroll Officer to join the payroll function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges and help support the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer the UK in-house end-to-end payroll
2. Carry out processes relating to the payroll system, ensuring all payroll deadlines are met
3. Ensure all payroll related information is kept up to date and all employees are paid correctly
4. Manage and respond to all matters and queries relating to payroll
5. Process any employee advances subject to required approval
6. Coordinate payroll
7. Any ad hoc duties and projects as required
About you…
For the role it is essential you have experience of:
1. Payroll end-to-end processing
2. Good Excel
3. Manual processing
