About the Job We are seeking a talented and experienced individual in product management. This is a head office role with constant exposure to senior decision makers across the International business in a leading security and facility services company. With a creative mind-set and passion for business analysis, you will use these skills to provide solutions. Not only will you be able to use your organisational skills to meticulously be in the detail but also multi-task across different workstreams. You will need to have the ability to conduct solid business analysis to drive better business decision-making. You will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Being a strong communicator and ambassador for the product is key to this role, as the successful candidate will build and manage relationships to analyse the needs and align product roadmap. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition. ● Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team. ● Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments. ● Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. ● Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product. ● Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners. ● Prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. ● Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product and increase the understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends. Requirements ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, developing relationships with team members and customers, being the primary point of contact for the product. ● Flexible. Able to adjust working hours in order to collaborate with colleagues/stakeholders in different global time zones ● Disciplined. Able to work from home and to undertake local and global travel as required Skills Required: ● Proven experience in product management and or business analysis ● Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills ● Management of stakeholders and expectations. ● Experience in working in agile environments and with tools such as Jira and Confluence is desirable, in addition to experience using Google business suite tools. This role can be based in the United Kingdom with the flexibility to work from home, however you will be required to attend on-site locations and our head office in London SW1H 0DB when necessary. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
