ScottishPower are hiring a Performance and Delivery Manager to join our People & Organisation function. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you’ll be responsible for managing all supplier relationships and contracts on behalf of the Organisational Capability team.
What you’ll be doing
As Performance and Delivery Manager you’ll be accountable for:
* Overseeing the Managed Learning Services contract and framework and managing existing and new specialist supplier arrangements for Cyber skills, Leadership & Talent, and other strategic projects.
* All contractual, commercial, compliance, and service performance aspects of supplier relationships, ensuring the effective delivery of business training plans and learning solutions through these supplier arrangements.
* Leading on the day-to-day management and performance reporting of the overall external services Organisational Capability team budget, of substantial value.
* Serving as the primary contact for both external and internal stakeholders and establishing, maintaining, and nurturing supplier relationships.
What you’ll bring
If you have demonstrable experience in high-value contract management, whilst providing excellent customer and supplier relationship management in a large and complex organisation, then we want to hear from you. Experience in a Learning and/or HR role would be advantageous.
We are looking for candidates who have a delivery-focused mindset, able to balance a varied and challenging workload whilst producing high-quality results in demanding timescales. Particularly, candidates with experience overseeing the performance and delivery of training plans, learning solutions, and implementing continuous improvement programs, demonstrating value in service delivery.
You’ll have strong business acumen and experience of budget management and financial reporting to provide meaningful insights for key stakeholders. Experience in project management methodologies would be advantageous, preferably in an agile environment. You’ll have strong analytical skills to monitor supplier performance and conduct analysis to drive data-driven decision making.
You’ll be a self-starter who can manage their own performance and lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to influence and negotiate at all levels, as well as sound judgement with the ability to determine priorities, managing expectations and risks.
