A well-established legal firm are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and organised individual to join their HR team as an HR Administration Apprentice. This role provides a solid foundation for anyone seeking a career in HR within a professional environment.\n\nAs the HR Apprentice, you will be providing administration support to the HR Officers and HR Manager. Providing a fast and efficient service to key stakeholders complying with company procedures and employment legislation.\n\nKEY DUTIES\n\n * To provide HR administration support to a high quality standard within agreed timescales\n\n * To take first line response to all phone queries and provide basic advice where appropriate\n\n * To process letters, forms and report in a timely manner\n\n * To support key stakeholders with basic queries on polices and procedures\n\n * To support the HR team with the whole employee life cycle\n\n * To monitor the HR Shared mailbox, ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner\n\n * To advise key stakeholders on basic terms and conditions\n\n * Identify and prioritise own workload to ensure that objectives are met\n\n * Liaise with payroll in order to resolve and action any payroll queries\n\n * To support the HR team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve the HR function\n\n * Input and maintenance of HR tracker database ensuring that all employee records are accurate and updated\n\n * Assist in the day to day work of the team ensuring all case work is saved in the employees Pfile and updated on the HR tracker\n\n * To attend meetings as note taker as required and to type up any meeting notes as required\n\n * To maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that letters or forms do not breach data protection legislation\n\n * To undertake a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship and apply learnings and best practice to the role\n\n * Undertake any other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department consistent with the nature of the post\n\nCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS\n\n * Independent skills\n\n * Team work skills\n\n * Organisational skills\n\n * Good written and oral communication skills\n\n * Self-Motivated\n\nSound like you?
