Our hospitality colleagues are very valued at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and we are looking to appoint a Cafe Bar Supervisor to join our team.
The Cafe Bar Supervisor ensures operational standards are maintained and small teams are supervised to deliver efficient and high-quality bar services during a range of public and private events including performances, graduation ceremonies, VIP receptions, weddings, filming sessions, royal visits, fine-dining events, and conferences. Ensuring customer expectations and operational standards are met by our bar team is central to the success of these events.
This is a permanent role, working 37 hours per week. We offer a number of employee benefits including an excellent pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement. We operate a flexible working system and offer opportunities for overtime.
If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges. If you are an internal professional services candidate from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, you will continue to be employed by the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
