About the Role We are currently looking for a Customer Supply and Demand Analyst to join the Commercial team within our Poultry and Value-Added Divisions. As a Customer Supply and Demand Analyst for the Asda account you will be responsible for the development of one of our largest accounts. This offers an excellent opportunity for someone to be part of one of our fastest growing and what has the potential to be the most strategic account in 2 Sisters Food Group. The business now supplies 80% of the accounts primary chicken and has further growth forecasted. Key Responsibilities To support the retail team in delivering sales and profitability targets for a customer portfolio as the main point of contact between our business and the customer To manage customer demand and service levels, including communication around upcoming concerns / issues from either sites or customer driven changes Utilising data available from customer platforms, as well as internal data to identify opportunities for growth Maintaining weekly templates and reporting for internal use and issue to the customer Managing and circulating core volume changes driven by customer changes e.g. store ranging, as well as managing promotional activity and volume assumptions About You You will be the main supply chain point of contact between our business and the customer, working closely with key stakeholders on both sides to drive overall performance across the businesses. With a keen attention to detail, and analytical mindset, you will use reporting data available from both businesses to identify opportunities and improvements which can be made to benefit the end customer and drive sales.
