Overview: There is an opportunity that has arisen for a office support apprentice to join their team Duties: First response with answering calls and transferring calls. Becoming systems expert on our system, Freshdesk for Logging tickets. Using collaborative tech such as Sharepoint for internal paperwork, sales paperwork and projects. Dealing with customer service queries and Assisting with orders and logging onto the system. Utilising Copy control for copier customer to manage maintenance and billing. Using Outlook for email and Liaising closely with all the teams in the business to ensure a joined up approach to working. Managing office maintenance providers (cleaners/ security/ fire alarm systems/ insurers / decorators. Using Xero for accounts. What we are looking for / Skills and Attributes: Organisational skills Good literacy skills Willingness to learn Excellent communication skills Self-motivated Drive, location not duties: Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Salary: £11,648 per annum. Benefits: 28 days holiday per annum plus an additional paid birthday holiday Full training will be given on the job Pension Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support. At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification. Future prospects: This apprenticeship and training has been set with a view to gain full time employment after successful completion of apprenticeship.
