This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in new business development, looking to make an impact in the enterprise, commercial, and public sector markets across NI and the ROI Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the target sectors. Develop and execute a regional new business strategy, working closely with internal teams. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal creation and commercial negotiations. Maintain and update a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems, providing regular performance reports. Develop and present strategic account plans, ensuring continuous refinement to maximise sales potential. Create tailored proposals and written responses to position the company as a trusted partner. Essential Criteria: Proven track record in new business development within the technology sector. (Ideally in collaboration, networking, or smart building technologies). Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to articulate business value and ROI to prospective clients. Experience managing the full sales cycle independently and closing high-value, service-based deals. A well-established network of senior decision-makers in Northern Ireland and ROI. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to forecast accurately, negotiate effectively, and understand financial principles such as P&L, budget management, cost of sale, and leasing options.
