Following maternity leave we’re looking for a Social Media Associate within our Business Development & Marketing team. In this varied role you’ll work closely with our marketing team, wider business development colleagues, and key fee earners to develop ideas and campaigns to support our business growth objectives. We’re responsible for planning and managing our external communications using a range of channels to best suit our range of audiences. Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by: Using your social media knowledge: Collaborate with various teams across the firm, and external agencies to demonstrate the range and quality of our firm and colleague expertise and the support and successes we deliver for our clients by: Understanding and working with the teams/ sectors and marketing colleagues to create and send social media communications across multiple channels – LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram. Creating campaigns - coordinating and/or writing new content – organic and paid. Designing and building templates, designing and campaigns for sending. Being proactive in monitoring and measuring campaign success, understanding reporting and interpreting it to find new opportunities. Creating and managing a rolling annual and quarterly plan. Performing regular updates to the site content in line with business needs. Managing new business enquiries alongside the rest of the team, improving its operation and maintaining progress. Creating and managing full campaigns, reporting on their success and offering insights on performance and new opportunities. You’ll also: Work with the marketing team to create and deliver campaigns supporting the firm’s strategic goals. Publish and promote various types of content, including video/animation. Support a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels. Engage in competitor research to support better marketing knowledge. Use data to improve content performance. Manage content-related budgets and supplier relationships. Support the broader BD&M team with their communication projects. This role is right for you if: You have Social Media Marketing experience in a Legal, Professional or Financial Services environment. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and content. Experience with social media scheduling and reporting tools. Strong email and campaign management skills with data analysis proficiency. Excellent copywriting skills. Design experience is preferred.
