My client based in the Stourport-on-Severn area is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator on a Permanent basis.
The role could be full or part-time, depending on a suitable candidate's requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Managing the recruitment process
2. Managing new starter inductions
3. Supporting the disciplinary process
4. Monitoring absences
5. Supporting payroll as required
6. General admin around the HR function
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing/production environment
2. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
3. An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels
4. Good IT skills
5. An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required
6. Knowledge of the Bradford Factor is essential
The pay-rate on offer is £16.41 per hour.
