We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support our Retail Sales Team in driving success with our major UK customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team of Key Account Managers to manage day-to-day operations across key grocery retail accounts such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, and Morrisons. You’ll be instrumental in supporting promotional tracking, reporting, system management, and commercial administration. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build foundational commercial experience, with potential to grow into an account management role—supported by a collaborative, development-focused team. This is more than just a support role — it’s a springboard into the world of customer and commercial management in one of the most dynamic sectors of FMCG. Main Responsibilities Weekly updating of market retail pricing reports. Maintenance of active customer product lists, ensuring all codes/product data are available to the sales team as needed. Ensuring all short-term and long-term discounts are captured and accruing as planned for your group of customers. Creation and tracking of customer rebates and accruals for selected customers—managing the entire accrual and release process from start to finish. Validating customer invoices for payment for selected customers. Project work and supporting project teams as required. Supporting the Key Account Team in managing their accounts, including tracking/reviewing EPOS, handling account administration, and using customer systems when needed. What Does It Take to Be Successful? Previous experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced business—FMCG experience is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and a "right-first-time" mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP-based systems and reporting tools is beneficial. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
