PROJECT MANAGER Our client, a well-respected Construction and Industrial Fit-Out Contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to operate as number 1 and manage the execution of all works requested by the client’s team, safely, on time, in full, to budget without defect, on a large Fulfilment Centre close to Warrington. The Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years large scale project management experience in similar environment. They should have previous experience in sub-contract management and labour supervision, providing written reports and updates to key stakeholders along with a level of budget management & control. They should have the ability to use MS project to create effective project plans. Ideal applicants should be proficient in turning an integrated project plan into an effective weekly/daily schedule of work to be delegated to their team managing the quality and performance of their team against the highest standards. Successful Project Managers will be natural self-starters and quick learners who are comfortable leading large complex projects. This individual will lead a team of contracted support personnel and coordinate the internal and external resources required to launch new highly complex construction fit outs with the goals of achieving timelines, staying within budget, driving standardisation and consistency within clients’ buildings. Ideal PM’s will have experience managing large and complex projects with ambitious schedule commitments Key Responsibilities * Management & Monitoring of Risk Assessments & Method statements to ensure works are completed safely. * Creating effective project plans via MS Project with the ability to delegate work efficiently to their teams. * Quality control of works completed. * Direct line management of the site team and prioritisation of work streams. * Delegation of all site tasks to relevant team members based on works issued. * Producing daily progress reports and weekly burn sheets. * Review and verification of design drawings and deployment documentation. * Overseeing the management of the stores. * Proactively undertake additional activities as required by Client. Basic Skills * Significant practical experience including supervisory role managing people. * Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) in English (Italian spoken would be a nice to have). * Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations. * Excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project). * Full clean driving license. * CSCS Black or White Card * SMSTS, First Aid
