Technical Customer Service Administrator (Engineering)
Location: Quainton, commutable from: Bicester, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Thame, Bletchley, Buckingham, Princes Risborough & all surrounding areas
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits
Do you have engineering experience and come from a service/customer service background? Are you looking for an interesting and varied role offering ongoing training and development?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will work directly with business customers, providing the first line of technical support and organising Engineers to carry out service visits.
You will work closely with the sales and service teams managing their time effectively to ensure service level agreements are adhered to.
The company is a market-leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery and has a great reputation for their quality products and levels of service. Due to the continued growth of the business, they are now looking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Administrator.
This position would suit somebody with good customer service experience from an engineering background looking for an office-based role offering a good work-life balance.
The Role:
1. Acting as the first line of technical support for business customers via telephone
2. Managing Engineers' diaries to carry out service work
3. Office-based, Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-14:30
The Candidate:
1. Engineering background or experience working for an engineering business
2. Customer Service or Service Engineering background
